Concrete Jobs REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
Laborer (Entry-Level / Will Train)
Responsibilities:
Assist in site preparation and cleanup
Pouring, spreading, leveling concrete
Operate basic hand tools & equipment
Follow safety protocols on site
Support Foreman and Crew Leads
Requirements:
Willingness to learn and work hard outdoors
Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs
Reliable transportation to Eugene job sites
Positive attitude and team player
Oregon work eligibility
Foreman (Experienced Lead Role)
Responsibilities:
Lead daily job site operations
Manage and train crew members
Read plans, grades & site layouts
Ensure project stays on schedule
Enforce safety procedures
Requirements:
3+ years concrete experience
Previous crew leadership preferred
Strong communication skills
Valid Driver’s License
Ability to troubleshoot & problem-solve in Oregon job site conditions
Office Manager (Administrative Role)
Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls & emails
Schedule estimates & job calendars
Manage invoices, billing & job tracking
Support Project Manager with documents
Maintain a professional & welcoming office environment
Requirements:
Previous office admin experience preferred
Strong organizational skills
Familiar with Microsoft Office & QuickBooks
Excellent communication & customer service skills
Ability to multi-task & stay organized
Project Manager (Field & Office Role)
Responsibilities:
Oversee multiple projects across Eugene & Lane County
Coordinate with clients, crews & suppliers
Handle job estimates, planning, budgets
Ensure quality control & client satisfaction
Manage scheduling and crew assignments
Requirements:
3-5+ years construction or concrete management experience
Excellent organizational & leadership skills
Knowledge of Oregon building codes preferred
Strong communication & customer service skills
Valid Oregon Driver’s License
